The divisions

Three houses under one roof

A commercial building, a private residence and a construction project ask for different crews, different hours and a different standard of conduct. Each division keeps its own people, and draws on the others when a job crosses the line between them.

Mechanical

Climate, refrigeration, plumbing and power for hotels, restaurants, retail and office properties. Maintenance held to a calendar, and an answer when something fails at two in the morning.

Year-round stewardship of waterfront homes. Exterior finish, terraces and docks, pool, lift, house systems and a watchful eye while the family is away.

Our standard

Finished means finished

Amalfi was founded by a European-born operator who spent twenty years owning and managing commercial buildings, and renovating them with his own hands. The standard follows from that: a job is done when the edges are right, not when the invoice is ready.

Written before it begins

Every property receives an assessment and a schedule in writing before a crew is sent. You know what is to be done, when, and at what cost. Changes are agreed in advance, never discovered afterwards.

The same faces each time

One named steward to a property. The people who arrive know where the shutoffs are, which unit failed last August and which gate code works. Continuity is the service.

Shown when it is done

Photographs and a written condition report after each visit, sent to your telephone. You see the work whether or not you were on the property that day.
